| David Faulkner own's Hope Veterinary Clinic 10850 I-40 west Exit Hope Road off I-40 Amarillo, Texas Medical Records
4/20/2007 - Through much research, professional opinions, experts, sworn affidavits of witnesses - I believe that Bo Bo's final destruction was caused by an injection of a massive dose of Lasix, with Enalapril, a heart med, that makes the heart beat faster - both drugs I had instructed Faulkner several times not to give. Also, his blood supply was drained to the minimum and he was sent home to die before my eyes, after suffering a long night of pain. He had no chance of survival, but I feel actually survived longer than they had planned. He died in my arms on the way back to the very Monster Vet who subjected him to this, unknown to me at the time. I remain adamant in my charge of Intentional Destruction Of an Assistance Animal by his vet. Law: 42.091 attacks on an Assistance Animal, is a felony of the third degree, to harm or kill an assistance animal in any manner, second degree, this also goes into federal laws also and does not eliminate a vet. Professionals who have told me they show pneumonia, apparently the cause of Bo’s cough, have viewed the x-rays below. Any vet should have been able to read an x-ray. Different vets of record who supposedly read the x-rays along with those who took them ignored this. All of this information was included in a massive file of evidence when submitted to the Texas Vet Medical Board - a public state office sworn to protect the public and monitored by the governor's office - concerning a vet who already had a huge record of prior offenses. Ask yourself this: How safe do you feel as a consumer of veterinary services in these matters after reviewing this story? Test result's from Hope Veterinary Clinic owned by Faulkner CBC show's everything normal (there was no medical reason for Bo to die)
Test Results from the Clinic of Jeff Young DVM Records of Jeff Young, DVM ![]() I was never able to obtain page one, whatever it consited of, nor would the Board exercise their rights to all records encluding these, and give me copies, as was requested and my right. Also part of THEIR JOB
The X-Rays below are from the offices' of Jeff Young DVM
He apparently could not read x-ray's ~ ~ these x-rays were viewed also by other vet's, encluding Darrel Yarborough, second opinion vet, who simply called Faulkner, for his opinion.
(the buddy system)
Expert opinion Vet's from other area's would give me professional
opinion's later. .. apparently Texas Vet's are not taught to read X-Ray's during medical school. ![]() ![]()
The above X-ray was one of several done in Faulkner's office
they show pneumonia, he could not read his own x-ray's

Below is just one page of Faulkner's records. They are basically unreadable and this page of the records was put here to show just how unreadable they are.
The Board was requested to obtain these records, and issue me a copy, they
would not.
This Vet was protected in full on the Buddy System, by local, and Board Vets! ![]()
Could this be the scribbles of someone on drugs themself ? ? ? not having a clue as to his mental thought process. You be the judge.

Research Findings Approximately 85% to 90% of all veterinary complaints filed with State Boards are
DISMISSED
as no violation found.
Many times there is overwhelming evidence supporting the negligence allegations, yet the State Boards dismiss anyway.
These Boards, that are charged with protecting the public, spend much more time protecting guilty veterinarians instead.
Research Discovery Fact This isn't the first time that a complaint has been filed with the State Board against David Faulkner, DVM.

"The Dance"
Looking back on the memory of The dance we shared 'neath the stars above For a moment all the world was right How could I have known that you'd ever say goodbye And now I'm glad I didn't know The way it all would end the way it all would go Our lives are better left to chance I could have missed the pain But I'd have had to miss the dance Holding you I held everything For a moment wasn't I a Queen But if I'd only known how theQueen would fall Hey who's to say you know I might have changed it all And now I'm glad I didn't know The way it all would end the way it all would go Our lives are better left to chance I could have missed the pain But I'd have had to miss the dance Yes my life is better left to chance I could have missed the pain but I'd have had to miss the dance
